In case you are using Ubuntu you might find (as i did) that some of the updates render some of the stuff unavailable. Unfortunately the card is not so well supported. But setting login and email encryption is not hard and is indeed a lot of fun :)
I've used it for SSH access, login (poldi) and mail encryption/signature.
