Dear Lazyweb,

since I've already outed myself as the new FSFE Fellow and after several attempts succeeded in getting the fancyfull card out of its casing, I'm taking the oportunity by its horns.

Can anyone suggest a nice OpenPGP card (i.e. Smart Card) reader that would:

• work nicely in Linux
• be as small as possible in order to not be too clunky for an ultraportable laptop
• if possible (probably doesn't exist) work on ExpressCard34 or at least USB (my future T400s doesn't have any bigger extension slots AFAIK)

And while I'm at it: does anyone have any experience with using the OpenPGP card for en-/decrypting the filesystem (on boot)?
